HYDOR's Privacy agreement HYDOR Srl offers protection of personal data to the visitors of the web site managed by it. The majority of web pages may be accessed without any need to communicate personal data, but in some cases it is necessary to provide information to be able to use the services offered. Data furnished shall be treated in line with Law No. 196/2003 as subsequently amended. This information is also supplied pursuant of article 13 of law no. 196/2003 – A code regulating the protection of personal data of whoever uses the company’s web services accessible by electronic means from the web address www.hydor.com . Personal data is used only for HYDOR SRL institutional purposes. The HYDOR SRL website includes links which are not under the control of the same HYDOR SRL, therefore kindly refer to their policy regarding protection of data. 1. THE HOLDER OF THE RIGHT TO PROCESS DATA HYDOR SRL, is registered at Via Voiron 27, Bassano del Grappa –36061 (VI) shall have the right to process such data. 2. THE PLACE WHERE SUCH DATA IS PROCESSED Data connected to the web services given on this site shall be processed at the above mentioned offices and shall be handled only by the technical staff including external staff, responsible for such processing. Personal data supplied by users who visit the HYDOR SRL site shall be used only in order to provide the service requested, offering access to all possible information.
