Why is my Koralia Nano not moving water?

There are 3 possible causes of reduced waterflow from the Koralia Nano. 

  1. The impeller maybe stuck to the shaft.  In this case, simply clean the shaft and impeller. 
  2. The impeller may have separated bewteen the magnet and the blades.  If this occured, then you need to get a replacement impeller. 
  3. The motor is damaged.  In this case, you need to contact hydor customer service to see if you have a warranty claim.

What do I do if the red mounting ball breaks off of my Koralia Nano?

Unfortunately the red ball mount on the Koralia Nano is not repairable.  You need to contact Hydor USA Customer Service and they will instruct you on how to get a replacement unit.
